Glass and Associates

With a holistic perspective, we strive to create a therapeutic environment that promotes deep healing and personal growth, drawing from extensive training and experience to guide people on their journey toward wellness and transformation.

About Us

Welcome to the heart of our practice. We are Abby and Steve Glass, and for the past 25 years, we have been honored to walk alongside individuals on their journeys of growth and healing. With a combined 50 years of experience, our passion lies in helping people discover deeper self-understanding and lasting transformation. Our extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, allows us to offer a compassionate, personalized approach to each person we work with.

How We Work

We believe that healing and the transformation of consciousness are supported by deep connection, time, and a safe and nurturing environment. We provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your inner world and face the challenges of your life with support and care and kindness. We integrate traditional forms of psychotherapy with novel and creative approaches that include Gestalt therapy, Mind- Body work, somatics and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. Through heartfelt conversation, exploring the unconscious, uncovering resources and potentials, or utilizing ketamine-assisted therapy, we will support you in your growth and help you work toward greater wisdom and joy in your everyday life and relationships.

Specialties

We believe that creativity, deep connection, and novelty are fundamental to change processes. As such, we utilize creative methods alongside more traditional approaches to psychotherapy to facilitate profound change. We are deeply passionate about the potential of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Our work with ketamine, a safe, legal and researched option for mental health treatment, has brought profound results for many of our clients, helping them to alleviate depression and break through stubborn psychological blocks. Additionally, we are trained in other forms of psychedelic-assisted therapy, allowing us to offer effective preparation and integration for those experiences. We highlight the importance of preparation and integration so that clients can derive the most value from these creative and meaningful journeys. Our aim is to provide safe, personal support tailored to your challenges and needs that foster deep personal growth and healing.

Our Services

Individual Sessions

One-on-one counseling and coaching sessions offered both in-person and virtually

Group Sessions

Virtual group coaching and counseling offered through our Beyond the Journey program is designed to support those preparing for and integrating their psychedelic journeys. Our group sessions focus on developing meaningful intentions and preparing, in several ways, for journey experiences which can be novel, beautiful, difficult or challenging. Our group sessions also support the integration of important insights gained from journeys through sharing and creative inner work. This can support meaningful change, facilitate healing, strengthen the positive connection to yourself, your loved ones and the world, and transforms your consciousness.
